AlienCow Puppet Show Redux-the Film

The AlienCow Puppet Show is a short theatrical puppet show first created at the National Puppetry Conference at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center in Waterford, Connecticut. After being performed in puppet cabaret shows in many cities such as New York, Brattleboro, Trenton, and Atlanta the show was finally turned into a short film as part of Heather Henson’s Handmade Dreams puppet film series.

For the film the puppet characters were rebuilt, new ones added and the whole production was created in the home of by brother who generously let us turn his home into a puppet workshop, and this allowed us to film in the countryside and cow pastures of Georgia just north of Atlanta.
